The challenge
Thick planting looked inviting from the patio but hid thinning turf, tired soil, and storm debris underneath. Humidity brought recurring leaf spot, and the owners wanted a garden that stayed guest-ready without constant weekend work.
Our approach
We cleared and restored the beds first, treated the turf and foliage on a planned cycle, and rebuilt the lawn's density with overseeding and seasonal feeding. Weekly visits now handle the mowing, debris, and detail checks behind the scenes.
